Peroxisomes

Peroxisomes are very much like lysosomes except for they have an enzyme that requires lots of oxygen. Lysosomes are used for oxygen poor areas. Peroxisomes are located in the cytoplasm of the cell. They are small and membrane bound structures. They work with everything lysosomes work with.
Plasmodesmata

Plasmodesmata are small channels that directly connect the cytoplasm of neighboring plant cells to each other.
Ribosomes

Ribosomes are used for protein synthesis and making proteins. They are located on rough ERs or free floating in the cytoplasm. It is the smallest organelle and has no cell membrane. It works with rough ER to make proteins for the cell.
Rough ER

The ER stands for endoplasmic reticulum. It is located just outside the nuclear envelope in the cytoplasm. Its function is it contains genetic information to make everything in the cell. It is a complex network of tubes and sacs enclosed by membranes and studded with ribosomes making it rough ER. It works with smooth ER and its ribosomes in making proteins for the cell
Smooth ER

The smooth ER is located outside the rough ER. It is made of a network of fluid filled channels enclosed by a phospholipid bilayer and unlike rough ER it has no ribosomes. Its function is it controls lipid synthesis, can modify a protein, and can breakdown toxins. It works with rough ER to make proteins for the cell.
Vacuole

A vacuole is a single membrane around a fluid filled space. It is located in the cytoplasm of the cell. it is used for storing food, water, and minerals. In a plant cell it is usually very large so it can waste, nutrients, and water in the cell to make the plant grow bigger. It works with lysomes when using it for storage in the cell.
